Notes: If in a high rise building, would prefer to be on the ground floor as our 2 year old is adventurous and likes to climb! A garden would be nice. My husband is starting work at Mulgrave School in West Vancouver so somewhere not too far from there would be good i.e. can commute by public transport or bike. With regards rental type, we would be happy with basement suite, house, townhouse, duplex, condo. Many thanks
