The main floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, master bedroom, and den which can be converted to a bedroom.
The top floor has a very large office with a huge window and skylight with a view of the ocean. This room converts into a bedroom with a single bed. The other room on that floor is an art studio with a desk. There are four skylights on this floor so it is light and airy.
The lower level is bright and cheerful with a French door opening to a terrace. The recreation room has two very large windows. A bathroom is just off this room. It has a walk in shower. The laundry room is on this level.
