This is a comfortable 1 bedroom plus sitting room suite with a semi-private entrance on the ground floor of our Port Moody home. We are about 25 minutes out of downtown Vancouver by car, or 1 hour by public transit. Each room is roughly 150 sq ft. The sitting room includes sofa and loveseat; TV/DVD with cable; microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven. The bedroom includes two twin beds and a walk-in closet. The accommodation includes a newly renovated bathroom shared with maximum 2 other Olympic tenants, access to laundry facilities and off-street parking, and it is close to public transit. This accommodation can be rented alone or paired with our other accommodation (a studio suite with queen bed and all amenities described above, listing #327) to accommodate up to 4 people. If you rent both, we will offer a discount.

EXTRAS! Continental breakfast will be provided per request at no extra fee, and bagged lunches for a small fee.
