The following steps describe how you can complete your reservation if you are a tenant. Please note that this procedure applies only to "Verified" listings. IMPORTANT: if you are interested in a specific property and it is not verified by our team yet, please contact us, and we would be happy to verify it for you.
Why select "Verified" listings? "Verified" listings are confirmed by our team. Ownership, description, and photos of these listings are personally verified to match description on our website, so you can rent with confidence.

You browse through the "Verified" listings on our website using various parameters in our Advanced Search feature.

When you decided on the "Verified" listing that you like, contact us. We will confirm with the landlord that their property is in fact available and reserve your required dates on your behalf. You can either use the online "Contact landlord" form or call us directly at +1 888-407-6158 (9 am to 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday) if you have any questions.

We will charge your credit card 50% of the total booking amount, as per the landlords published rates. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. All reservation deposits are placed into a trust account. IMPORTANT: Property owners are paid only after you check-in. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured travel agency in British Columbia, so you can book with confidence.

As soon as payment is received we will send you a confirmation email. You will be contacted with check-in instructions after your final payment is processed. Please note that your reservation deposits are non-refundable.
