All properties listed on our website are available for rent specifically from February to March 2010. You need to register to list your real estate property on our website. Registration is absolutely free. By using our website you accept our Terms and Conditions. We want to ensure that only valid and available rental properties are listed on our website.
After you registered, you can list your real estate property either as a regular or a featured listing. Regular listing is FREE and featured listing is CAD 79.99. You can add photos, description, and any details about your rental property.
Can I use credit cards and is my payment secure?
Yes, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are using PayPal to process your payments because this is the most secure way to pay online. You don't need to open an account with PayPal, and you can pay using your credit card directly. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to us. PayPal does all the processing, and we never see your credit card number, address, or any other payment information.
What is a REGULAR listing?
- Regular listing is FREE
- Only one photo is allowed.
- The listing will expire on March 31, 2010.
What is a FEATURED listing?
- Featured listings appear in front of regular listings.
- Featured listings allow up to 6 photos.
- Featured listings are randomly displayed on the homepage.
- Featured listings are marked as FEATURED! in search results.
- The listing will expire on March 31, 2010.
- Featured listing is CAD 79.99
Why do I want to list my property as a featured listing?
Featured listings get better exposure as they are viewed first by potential renters.
It is important to understand that even though we do our best to provide you with the best leads possible, the final responsibility for contract negotiation is between the landlord and the renter.
