You assume all liability for use of any information you find in any Golden City Rentals, Inc. publication. The operators of Golden City Rentals, Inc. assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here. Not all Golden City Rentals, Inc. ads are created directly by the property owners, some Golden City Rentals, Inc. advertisers are acting as agents or managers for the owners.
Renters are aware that each property sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies - Golden City Rentals, Inc. recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser and for added protection, we recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense (see InsureMyTrip.com for details). Golden City Rentals, Inc. is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.
None of the information contained in any Golden City Rentals, Inc. web page is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent.
Property Owners - If the operators of Golden City Rentals, Inc. are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither Golden City Rentals, Inc. or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. Golden City Rentals, Inc. does not guarantee that the Golden City Rentals, Inc. web site will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of British Columbia, Canada, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Membership Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that the vast majority of the work involved in promoting properties on the Internet occurs in the first few weeks (creating the ad, adding photos, etc.) Golden City Rentals, Inc. is only able to offer a partial refund once your first listing is online. Sorry, but no refunds on second or subsequent listings.
Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your rental property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the Golden City Rentals, Inc. listing and reactivate it at a future date during your paid term. Your Golden City Rentals, Inc. listing stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market).
PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you can transfer your Golden City Rentals, Inc. listing to the new property owner for a one time $10 listing transfer fee (normally paid by the new property owner). NOTE: No refund will be given, however, existing and new members are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees amongst themselves.
SELLING A Golden City Rentals, Inc. LISTING
Warning to potential purchasers and sellers of Golden City Rentals, Inc. listings (we're talking about the sale of the listing, not the sale of the property - you can of course offer to sell your property): Since a property owner can create a new listing of their own at anytime, Golden City Rentals, Inc. does NOT endorse or approve of the sale or bartering of the Golden City Rentals, Inc. listing unless the property being advertised is also sold to the same party. Any listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund. Please do not offer to sell or purchase a Golden City Rentals, Inc. listing without transferring the property at the same time.
ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION
Golden City Rentals, Inc. listings are designed to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. Each listing may only relate to one specific property. The property in a listing may not be substituted by another property.
SPAMMING POLICY
Note: Golden City Rentals, Inc. does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) - Golden City Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member that mentions Golden City Rentals, Inc. or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated Golden City Rentals, Inc. email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. Golden City Rentals, Inc. is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.
RENTAL INQUIRIES
It is the goal of Golden City Rentals, Inc. to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by Golden City Rentals, Inc. prior to delivery to Golden City Rentals, Inc. members. Inquiries may be read by Golden City Rentals, Inc. staff members. Despite Golden City Rentals, Inc. filtering efforts, it is likely that some SPAM inquiries will be delivered anyway. It is also likely that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of Golden City Rentals, Inc. filtering efforts.
Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and Golden City Rentals, Inc. cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. Golden City Rentals, Inc., at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address and or phone number of Golden City Rentals, Inc. advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Golden City Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the Golden City Rentals, Inc. web site, it becomes the property of Golden City Rentals, Inc. and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the Golden City Rentals, Inc. web site without written permission.
LOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
ACCEPTABLE CONTENT
Advertisers are expected to follow the guidelines for "family safe" content. Ads which do not adhere to these guidelines are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of Golden City Rentals, Inc..
